No Returns or Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges once a product has been delivered, unless the item arrives damaged or the bottle is broken during shipping.

Damaged or Broken Items

If your order arrives damaged or with a broken bottle, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To process your request, you must provide:

  • Clear photos or video of the damaged package and product

  • Your order number

Once verified, we will offer a replacement or refund, depending on availability.

Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe after confirmation. Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
